Do I need a cloud account?

How do health checks work?
When on your local network, the app checks services directly via HTTP/TCP. When remote, the Docker relay agent handles checks from inside your network and reports back securely.
What is the Docker relay?
A tiny Python container you run on any machine in your home network. It performs health checks on behalf of the app when you're away, and sends Wake-on-LAN packets. Pair it with Cloudflare Tunnel or Tailscale for secure external access.
Is Pro a subscription?

Can I monitor services outside my home network?
Yes! You can add any publicly accessible URL as a service. The Docker relay is only needed for monitoring internal/private services from outside your network.
